Administrator for Advocacy

We are looking for two posts to cover mornings (9-1) and afternoons 

(1-5) positions may include additional hours to cover holidays 

and sickness. 

Administrator for Advocacy

20 hours per week

Salary £21,212 (pro-rata, £12,121 actual).

Stoke based

  • Taking calls and responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Using our systems and database to accurately record work.
  • Supporting the team, taking minutes in meetings, updating and circulating information as needed.
  • Processing and management of incoming referrals.
  • Checking accuracy of database entries and collating feedback.
  • Collecting information, reporting to and invoicing to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Adhering to ASIST’s policies and procedures including Equality, Confidentiality, Data Protection and GDPR etc.
