About the Role:

You’ll provide essential benefits advice to the public, helping them navigate the Universal Credit system. Your role will involve:

  • Answering phone inquiries
  • Supporting clients in completing Universal Credit claims
  • Using Citizens Advice resources to provide accurate information
  • Researching options and implications for clients
  • Conducting interviews using active listening skills

The essentials:

  • Salary – £22,308 per annum
  • Hours – 37.5 hours per week
  • Hybrid Working – mainly from home with occasional travel to one of our offices for meetings and training
  • Contract – fixed term until 31 December 2025 with possible extension depending on funding
