Weston Park is a glorious stately home set in 1000 acres of Capability Brown parkland on the border of South Staffordshire and Shropshire. It’s a beautiful place to visit and enjoy the historic building and explore the parkland, as well as enjoying events there. Maintaining this wonderful place for people to enjoy relies on a team of passionate volunteers who support the important work of the Weston Park Foundation by gifting their time and talents.
To promote the wonderful work of the volunteers, they’re holding a Volunteers Open Morning on Thursday 12th June at 10am. If you’re interested in finding out more about volunteering at Weston Park, you’re very welcome to pop along! Visitors will be able to explore the House and Collection, wander through the beautiful Gardens, and visit the inspiring Rose Paterson Art Gallery while learning about the many rewarding volunteer roles available.
Whether you’re passionate about history, art, horticulture, or guest experience, there’s a role for you. You’ll be able to meet their friendly team, find out how you can make a real difference to the charity, and become part of a dedicated community preserving this historic estate for future generations.
