And The Winners Are…

On Thursday 25th April 2024, Support Staffordshire held our 10th Anniversary Awards. This was to celebrate our contribution to the Voluntary Sector across Staffordshire, as well as highlighting some of the fantastic charities, groups and individuals we work with.

We invited people to nominate charities and individuals that suited each of the categories, and then these were then shortlisted and winners selected. It was so hard to even shortlist, let alone chose the winners as we had so many fantastic entries. However, after much deliberation the shortlisters were invited to attend the event and the winners announced on the night and presented with their awards. You can view the shortlisted nomination videos on our YouTube Channel here.

The winners are as follows:

Sports Group or Sports Individual Award
Chasetown FC

Fundraising Campaign
Your Emotional Support Service

Governance Greats
Better Way Recovery

Social Prescribing Success Story
Cannock Villages PCN (Josh and Caroline Bradford)

Council or Statutory Body Partnership with the VCSE Sector
Rugeley Community Centre & Staffordshire County Council

Volunteer Award
Pamela Bebbington

Support Staffordshire Member Award
Reaching CIC

Business Partnership
Think Insurance

The Support Staffordshire Award
Monthly Alzheimer’s Support Evening (MASE)

Huge congratulations to not only all of our winners, but also all of the shortlisted and nominated groups, charities and individuals. You are all amazing and do such incredible work across Staffordshire.
