Staffordshire Green Network: Why Solar?

Join Staffordshire Green Network and Aura Power for an informative online webinar on Wednesday 29th January 2025, 6-7pm.

Aura Power will give an overview of solar farms in the UK, including how they contribute to UK energy security, and address some of the myths around solar farms. They will then give an update on a planned solar farm in Staffordshire, and outline the importance of local support for clean energy projects in the UK.

Aura Power is a global developer of renewable energy projects, including solar farms and battery storage systems. It aims to tackle climate change, enhance the natural environment and engage with local communities.

Staffordshire Green Network brings together community groups and local residents who are interested in creating a happier, healthier Staffordshire by working on topics such as nature, wildlife, energy, food, transport and more.
