STOKE-ON-TRENT GREEN CONVERSATION
This networking event is for voluntary and community groups in Stoke-on-Trent interested in ‘green’ issues – whether you’re already a ‘green’ organisation or looking to take your first steps into sustainability.
‘Green’ issues could include community wildlife gardening, protecting wildlife and green spaces, living and working sustainably, circular economy, encouraging active travel, reducing emissions, reducing food waste, outdoor learning and education, retrofit, community energy schemes, and much more.
The event will include facilitated discussions around:
- What you would like from a “green network”
- How the VCSE sector can become more sustainable
- Support and resources already available
- Examples of organisations already taking action towards sustainability
You will also have the chance to network with other organisations. Your input will help to shape the Staffordshire Green Network and ensure that the support on offer is suitable for your organisation.
