TAMWORTH FOCUS: MARKETING MASTERCLASS

Who should attend:

This course is aimed at anyone who is delivering support/services specifically in the Tamworth locality who wish to explore the fundamentals of marketing a community organisation and the work that they do. Content includes: using social media to promote activities; creating logos as part of the organisation ‘brand identity’; creating clear marketing aims.

​Overview:

Every marketing team is challenged to do more with less, often resources are tight, and teams are small. Need to know how to market and communicate your cause, strengths and skills effectively? This session will help you to identify various types of marketing that can be used to promote your organisation.

Outcomes:

• Examine Brand Identity and its impact
• Describe how to create logos
• Discuss marketing techniques for an extended reach
• Understand the need for clear marketing aims
• Recognise why editing and proofreading is important
