Did you know that Cannock Chase District has some of the lowest statistics for people surviving treatable health conditions? Support Staffordshire’s Community Officer Michelle is on a mission to eradicate these health inequalities and is looking for volunteers to join her team of Community Connectors. These community champions will be out and about, listening to the community and helping the community to build action plans and improve engagement with the health services locally available.
