Today The Local Government Boundary Commission for England (LGBCE) published their final recommendations for future electoral arrangements for Staffordshire County Council. They have now completed their electoral review of Staffordshire County Council.
They are extremely grateful to the people of Staffordshire who took the time and effort to send in their views. They considered every piece of evidence we received before finalising their recommendations.

The changes they have proposed must now be approved by Parliament.
A draft Order – the legal document which brings into force our recommendations – will now be laid before Parliament. The draft Order will provide for new electoral arrangements for Staffordshire County Council to be implemented at the local elections in 2025.
