I am delighted to have been appointed as the New Head of Operations at Support Staffordshire. I am passionate about working with people and communities. I have been responsible for the strategic focus and delivery of Healthwatch Staffordshire and built good relationships with key partners to ensure the public voice is heard at all levels of decision making. I have worked with young people and adult services in the Health and Social Care sector for many years and look forward to bringing these good practices to my new role. I hope to use my experience and learning to support the team in the North of Staffordshire and to continue to build on the great work already being done. I am creative and look forward to new ways of working and strategies, to better support those we serve. I am aspiring to increase Support Staffordshire reach and profile, to connect people to the right services with better outcomes and impact.
I would also like to acknowledge how Jill (current Head of Operations) has done a great a job and it will be sad to see her go, I hope to continue the fabulous legacy she leaves. I wish her all the best in her retirement and future.
