Following a review of our membership and feedback from our members we are introducing some changes to our membership criteria.
Our current membership of 1300+ ranges from small local community groups right through to larger charities that, although offer services to our communities, are based outside of Staffordshire.
From 1 January 2025 member organisations with an annual income of more than £10million who are not based in Staffordshire are required to pay an annual Associate Membership fee of £50. We have written to all members affected by these changes.
Although not eligible for FREE development support Associate Members will have access to a range of other benefits including:
- Special rates for training and consultancy services
- Invitation to quarterly Local VCSE Forums
- Directory/Events/Jobs listings on our website
- Volunteer brokerage service
The vast majority of our local community group and charity members will be unaffected by the changes.
