Research On Life for People with Dementia in Rural Parts of the Midlands

Academics at the University of Birmingham are doing some research exploring life for people with dementia and their carers in rural parts of the Midlands.

A researcher would interview you and/or your partner. This will happen at a date, time and place that is convenient to you – this could be at your home, a café or similar space you feel safe in, or online using Zoom or Skype.

The questions will focus on what is it like to live in a rural community; the services you use; your needs and how they may have changed; and your happiness and well-being.

We hope to hear the opinions of both the person living with dementia and/or their care partner.

If this is of relevance or interest and you would like to know more, please contact the lead researcher on the project Chris at [email protected] or 07899955167
