About the Role:
You’ll provide essential benefits advice to the public, helping them navigate the Universal Credit system. Your role will involve:
- Answering phone inquiries
- Supporting clients in completing Universal Credit claims
- Using Citizens Advice resources to provide accurate information
- Researching options and implications for clients
- Conducting interviews using active listening skills

What We’re Looking for:

The essentials:
- Salary – £22,308 per annum
- Hours – 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid Working – mainly from home with occasional travel to one of our offices for meetings and training
- Contract – fixed term until 31 December 2025
