22.5 hours per week
£27,007 – £28,660 per annum (dependant on experience)
£16,423 – £17,428 pro rata per annum actual salary

Are you passionate about supporting victims of violence against women and girls?
Would you like to lead on the development and co-ordination of the Volunteer Project building capacity into the volunteer project to increase and improve the ways in which SWA respond to service user needs?
If so, we are looking to appoint a Volunteer Co-ordinator who will be will be responsible for engaging a diverse pool of volunteers, managing the recruitment and induction processes, and ensuring that all volunteers receive appropriate training. You will also ensure volunteer motivation and retention by maintaining clear communication, providing support, and recognising their contributions.
The large part of our services are run by women for women, and this role is therefore restricted to female applicants under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, and Part 1, Section 7(2)e of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 apply. The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
