Green Conversation: Food, health and environment

Join the Staffordshire Green Network for our next Green Conversation networking event, this time with a focus on the links between food, our health, and our environment.

We’ll be joined by Lucy Marquis, Advanced Clinical Practitioner and Registered Dietician, who will be talking to us about the importance of food for our health.

We’ll then have networking time, and discussion groups about:

• Tamworth Borough Council’s Climate Action Plans
• Creating a Food Partnership for Staffordshire

Everyone is welcome – staff and volunteers from community groups, council staff, local businesses, interested residents – we’d love you to come and join in the conversation.

It’s all free, and there will be hot drinks and refreshments provided. We’ll be meeting at the excellent Heart of Tamworth community centre, which is well served by buses 7, 7E, 65, 66, 748 and 766. There is also parking on site.
