Role: CEDA Consumer Energy Debt Support Officer
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term until March 2028
Location: Hybrid working – office & home based across Stafford Borough, Cannock Chase & South Staffordshire
What you’ll do:
You’ll provide practical advice and support to clients facing energy debt, helping them understand their options and work towards sustainable solutions.
Closing date: 12 noon, 9 January 2026
Interviews: Week commencing 19 January 2026
