Funding for community health and wellbeing activities in Cannock Chase District

The Locality Improvement Framework (LIF) through Support Staffordshire is offering grants of between £500 and £5,000 aimed at supporting community-led projects that make a positive difference to improving health and wellbeing outcomes for people in Cannock Chase District.

Your proposal

You will need to demonstrate how your proposal helps to reduce health inequalities, with a particular focus on food and supporting health and wellbeing outcomes for children, families and communities. This can be through a broad range of activities including: 

  • growing food
  • understanding where food comes from
  • how to cook
  • how to bulk out meals with low-cost ingredients that are tasty and appealing
