Funding for community health and wellbeing activities in the Staffordshire Moorlands

The Locality Improvement Framework (LIF) through Support Staffordshire is offering grants of up to £1,500 aimed at supporting community-led projects that make a positive difference to improving health and wellbeing outcomes for people in the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Your proposal

You will need to demonstrate how your proposal helps to reduce health inequalities in the locality, with a particular focus on reducing low-level anxiety. This can be through a broad range of activities including: 

  • Mindfulness and mental wellbeing programmes
  • Physical activity and healthy lifestyle initiatives 
  • Health education
  • Community-led health promotion activities
