SECTA — Turning Everyday Surfaces into Renewable Energy Assets
SECTA transforms driveways, paths, courtyards and car parks into thermally active surfaces. Pipework concealed beneath the finished surface captures naturally available heat, which can be stored and used by a water-to-water heat pump to provide efficient heating and cooling for the building. No unsightly plant external to the building.
The result is a practical, unobtrusive energy solution: the surface is built once but serves two purposes.
