Signposts Services transforms the lives of ordinary people through the radical help of other ordinary people who volunteer their time to support them. Through their foodbank, storehouse, uniform bank and DIY and gardening services, they support lots of members of local communities who are in need.
Their services are always in high demand, and new volunteers are always welcome to join the team. If you have DIY or gardening skills, the Crash team would love your support to help with essential maintenance within the community. Recently the team helped to give a makeover to the kitchen and lounge of a stroke survivor who was unable to arrange for this otherwise.
You don’t need specific skills to volunteer for roles though, just a willingness to help and a few spare hours. For more information about what they do and how you can help, check out their website here Get Involved — Signposts Services or get in touch with the Support Staffordshire volunteering team on volunteering@supportstaffordshire.org.uk
