During March & April 2026, Support Staffordshire carried out an independent rural housing needs survey in Yoxall, on behalf of Yoxall Parish Council, which comes under East Staffordshire Borough Council.
The aim of the survey was to understand whether there is a need for any new housing in the Parish for people who have a local connection.
876 occupied homes in Yoxall were sent a survey, with 347 responses received, resulting in an overall return rate of 40%!
As part of the incentive for recipients to complete the survey, there was the opportunity to win a £50 Amazon voucher, and the lucky winner was Karen, who commented that she was “over the moon to find that I had won”. A huge well done to Karen and we look forward to working with the Parish on next steps in their housing journey requirements.
